Observation and analysis of mid-stream urine bacterial culture and its drug sensitivity

摘要 目的分析中段尿细菌培养及药敏观察结果,为临床抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法选取我院检验科在2014年6月至2015年8月接收的560例中段尿细菌培养标本,对所有培养的细菌进行药敏试验,观察药敏结果。结果 560例标本中,分离出阳性菌株210例,阳性率为37.5%。在210例阳性细菌株中,199例为细菌,11例为真菌,这些阳性菌株主要以大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为主,不同的细菌对于不同抗生素的耐药性存在差异。结论临床通过对中段尿细菌培养及药敏试验,可进一步明确细菌种类及相关比例,从而为临床抗生素药物的合理使用提供科学依据,保证临床用药的安全性。 Objective To summarize the results of urine bacterial culture and its drug sensitivity, so as to provide a reference for rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Five hundred and sixty cases of bacterial culture of urine samples in clinical laboratory of our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected as study objects, and all received sensitivity test, their drug sensitivity were observed. Results Of the 560 specimens, 210 cases o~ positive bacter/al strains were isolated, the positive rate was 37.5%; of 210 cases of positive bacterial strains, 199 cases of bacteria, 11 cases of fungi; those positive strains were mainly escherichia coli, enterococcus faecalis and klebsiella pneumonia. The drug sensitivity of bacteria varied among different bacterial antibiotic. Conclusion With mid-stream urine bacterial culture and its drug sensitivity test conducted, the clinic may further clarify the types of bacteria as well as the relative proportion, thus can provide a scientific basis for rational clinical use of antibiotics, and ensure the safety of clinical use.
