血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效评价

The clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的分析血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月至2016年1月收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规方法进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予血府逐瘀汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床总有效率及尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清肌酐(CR)、24 h尿蛋白定量(UP)、血清素氮(BUN)水平。结果治疗后,研究组的临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的UP、UAER、BUN、CR等指标比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的UP、UAER、BUN、CR指标均优于治疗前,且研究组患者明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效确切,能有效改善患者的临床症状与体征,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and the levels of urinary protein excretion rate （UAER）, serum creatinine （CR）, 24 h urinary protein quantitative （UP） and serotonin nitrogen （BUN） were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 96.67% and 80.00% respectively, the difference in total effective rate of the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantitative, UAER, BUN and CR of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantitative, UAER, BUN and CR of the two groups were better than those before the treatment; meanwhile, the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantitative, UAER, BUN and CR of the study group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is significant. It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs. It can be popularized and applied in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
