摘要
目的分析以糖尿病护理家园的形式对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的可行性。方法将我院收治的2型糖尿病患者600例分为糖尿病护理家园组与对照组分别进行健康教育,每组300例,比较两组患者的糖尿病知识掌握情况、血糖控制情况,对以糖尿病护理家园的形式开展健康教育的可行性作出评价。结果糖尿病护理家园组的空腹血糖为(8.20±1.42)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(10.04±3.06)mmol/L,均明显低于对照组的(9.26±2.54)mmol/L、(11.36±1.95)mmol/L,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);糖尿病护理家园组的正确饮食为(6.81±1.04)分、合理运动为(6.08±1.03)分、正确服药为(6.99±2.31)分、低血糖症状及防治为(6.24±1.01)分、末梢血糖监测为(6.98±1.77)分;对照组的正确饮食为(4.16±1.46)分、合理运动为(4.16±1.44)分、正确服药为(4.23±1.48)分、低血糖症状及防治为(4.05±0.41)分、末梢血糖监测为(4.21±1.53)分,两组比较差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者健康教育的过程中应用糖尿病护理家园的形式可行性很高,具有推广应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of diabetes care homes in health education on patients with diabetes. Methods Six hundred cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital were divided into diabetes care homes group and control group, with 300 patients in each group and accepted health education respectively. The feasibility of health education in the form of diabetes care home was evaluated by comparing the diabetes knowledge and glycemic control situation in the two groups. Results In diabetes care home group, the fasting plasma glucose was (8.20±1.42) mmol/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose was (10.04±3.06) mmol/L, which were significantly lower than (9.26±2.54) mmol/L, (11.36±1.95) mmol/L of the control group, the differences were significant (P〈0.05). In diabetes care home group, the proper eating was (6.81 ±1.04) points, the reasonable exercise was (6.08±1.03) points, the correct medication was (6.99±2.31) points, the prevention of hypoglycemia was (6.24±1.01) points and the peripheral blood monitoring was (6.98±1.77) points; in the control group were (4.16±1.46) points, (4.16±1.44) points, (4.23±1.48) points, (4.05±0.41) points and (4.21±1.53) points respectively, the differences were all significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the process of health education for patients with diabetes, the feasibility of the application form of diabetes care homes is very high and has the value of popularization and application.
