Advances of the Mongolian Medicine Tabasheer

天竺黄是常用的蒙药,主要含有硅酸盐、无机元素及少量氨基酸,具有心血管及神经保护、镇咳、祛痰、解热、抗炎、镇静和抗惊厥活性,临床主要用于治疗小儿惊风、高热惊厥、癫痫、中风、咳嗽和支气管炎等。该文从天竺黄的化学成分、质量控制、药理作用和临床应用的研究概况方面进行综述,以期为天竺黄的深入研究与开发和临床应用提供参考。

As a common Mongolian Medicine,Tabasheer contains various chemical constituents such as silicate,inorganic elements,and small quantity of amino acid,showing good blood vessels protection,neuroprotection,antitussive,phlegm eliminating,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and anticonvulsants effects.Tabasheer is widely used to treat infantile,hyper pyretic convulsion,epilepsy,stroke,cough and bronchitis in clinic practice.For the first time,this paper summarizes the chemical composition,quality control,pharmacological effect and clinical application of Tabasheer in order to provide reference for further research and clinical application.
