康惠尔水胶体透明贴固定留置针预防外周静脉输注甘露醇致静脉炎疗效观察

Comfeel Plus Transparent Sticker in Preventing Phlebitis Induced by Intravenous Indwelling Needle for Patients Receiving Peripheral Intravenous Mannitol

目的探讨康惠尔水胶体透明贴固定留置针预防外周静脉输注甘露醇致静脉炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月医院收治的经外周静脉输注20%甘露醇患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组患者穿刺留置针后以康惠尔水胶体透明贴固定,对照组则于普通透明贴固定留置针,观察两组患者输注20%甘露醇7 d的静脉炎发生情况,比较两组患者留置针的留置时间及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者发生静脉炎为5例(12.83%),对照组为13例(33.34%),观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的留置针留置时间为(7.22±3.54)d,明显较对照组的(4.17±5.26)d长(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度为92.30%,明显高于对照组的74.35%(P<0.05)。结论外周静脉输注甘露醇患者使用康惠尔水胶体透明贴固定留置针,可降低静脉炎的发生率,延长留置针的留置时间,临床效果良好,可显著提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Comfeel plus transparent sticker in preventing phlebitis induced by intravenous indwelling needle for patients receiving peripheral Intravenous mannitol.Methods 78 cases of patients with peripheral intravenous 20%mannitol phlebitis from June 2014 to June 2016 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（n = 39）and the control group（n = 39）.The observation group used the Comfeel Plus Transparent Sticker for preventing phlebitis,and the control group used ordinary transparent stick.The occurrence rate of phlebitis after receiving 20%mannitol for 7 d in the two groups were observed.The indwelling needle time and nursing satisfaction degree for the two groups were compared.Results There were 5 cases of phlebitis,with the incidence rate of 12.83%in the observation group,and 13 cases,with the incidence rate of 33.34%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The needle indwelling time in the observation group was（7.22 ± 3.54） d,which was obviously longer than（4.17 ± 5.26）d in the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 92.30%,which was obviously higher than 74.35%in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfeel Plus Transparent Sticker in preventing phlebitis induced by intravenous indwelling needle has clear efficacy,for it can lower the rate of phlebitis occurrence,extend the indwelling needle time with higher degree of satisfaction of patients.
