高校构建传统文化教育长效机制探究

On the Constrution of Long-term Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Culture Education in Colleges and Universities

高校加强中华传统文化教育是实现中国梦的内在要求,是"办好人民满意的教育"的重要内容,是满足大学生需求的必要手段,具有重大意义。但当前我国内地高校中华优秀传统文化教育的现状不能令人满意。高校必须构建一套中华传统文化教育的长效机制,主要包括强有力的领导协调机制、全方位的教育教学机制和科学有效的管理激励机制。

Strengthening education of traditional Chinese cukure in colleges and universities has great significance, which is the basic requirement to realize the Chinese Dream, the important element of the principle of ＂Running Ed- ucation to the Satisfaction of the People＂, and the necessary method to meet the demands of students. Based on our survey, there is still huge space to improve for colleges and universities in China＇s mainland. Therefore, the long-term mechanism to reinforce the traditional Chinese culture education must be established, which should cover the power- fill leadership and coordination mechanism, the all-round education and teaching mechanism and the scientific and effective management and incentive mechanism.
