摘要
盾构推进系统在煤矿斜井盾构机掘进施工中起到十分关键的作用。推进系统具有推进模式和管片拼装模式两种工作模式。推进模式下推进油缸采用分区控制,可根据实际工况对各分区的推进速度和推进压力进行实时调节。推进系统液压泵选用轴向柱塞变量泵,在盾构机掘进时采用负载压力反馈实时调节液压泵的输出压力和流量,在保障系统稳定工作的同时降低系统的功率损失。
Thrust system plays a vital role in the tunneling of shield machine for coal mine inclined shaft with thrust model and erector model. According to actual condition, pressure and speed of each partition for the thrust cylinder controlled by partition are regulated real-time in thrust model. The axial piston variable pump is selected, adjusting the output pressure and flow of the pump in real time according to load pressure feedback in the shield boring. The system stability is guaranteed and the system power loss is reduced at the same time.
