佛莞城际铁路狮子洋隧道盾构选型研究 被引量:16

摘要 佛莞城际铁路狮子洋隧道作为继广深港高铁狮子洋隧道后第2条下穿狮子洋海域的水下盾构隧道,具有大直径、高水压、地质条件复杂、独头掘进距离长等显著特点,其盾构设备与项目的匹配性直接决定了工程实施难易程度。在总结广深港高铁狮子洋隧道工程实例的基础上,对佛莞城际狮子洋隧道的盾构选型进行探讨,认为采用气垫式复合泥水平衡盾构能够满足施工安全需要;同时,提出利用螺旋出土器携碴能力强的特点解决泥水盾构舱内岩体滞排问题;并分析了复合地层采用常压刀盘的必要性。 Following by Shiziyang Tunnel of Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway line, Shiziyang Tunnel of Foshan-Dongguan Intercity Railway line becomes the second underwater shield tunnel under Shiziyang Ocean. It has remarkable characteristics of large diameter, high water pressure, complicated geological conditions and long distance shield-driven in one direction. The matching degree between the shield equipment and the project directly determines the difficulty of the project implementation. Based on the analysis of Shiziyang Tunnel engineering of Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway line, the shield selection of Shiziyang Tunnel of Foshan-Dongguan Intercity Railway line is discussed. Air cushion type composite slurry balance shield can meet the construction safety requirements. Meanwhile, the strong slag carrying capacity of screw conveyor can be used to solve the problem of delayed discharge of rock mass in the slurry shield and the necessity of using atmospheric cutter in the composite formation is analyzed.
