摘要
肯尼亚当地及周边地区缺少粉煤灰、矿渣粉、硅灰等此类工业废渣作为矿物掺和料,然而蒙巴萨—内罗毕铁路项目沿线天然火山灰储量非常丰富。研究蒙内铁路工程中火山灰对混凝土性能的影响,通过调整混凝土配合比中矿物掺和料用量、火山灰与粉煤灰比例以及砂率,系统分析火山灰混凝土的工作性能、力学性能以及耐久性,总结完善火山灰混凝土的配制技术。通过系统研究,将肯尼亚当地天然火山灰作为矿物掺和料应用于蒙内铁路混凝土工程中。
The local and surrounding areas in Kenya lack this kind of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, silica fume as mineral admixture, however volcanic ash reserves is very rich along Nairobi to Mombasa Railway engineering. The effect of volcanic ash on concrete performance in railway Engineering was studied. And the workability, mechanical properties and durability of volcanic ash concrete were analyzed to summarize and perfect the preparation technology of volcanic ash concrete by adjusting the mineral admixture dosage, volcanic ash and fly ash proportion and sand ratio in concrete mix. Through systematic research, local natural volcanic ash in Kenya as mineral admixtures was used in Nairobi to Mombasa Railway concrete engineering.
