早强抗冲击混凝土路用性能研究

摘要 采用复合水泥体系(普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥复合)作为早强抗冲击混凝土的胶凝材料,研究了聚丙烯纤维和可再分散乳胶粉对早强抗冲击混凝土的力学性能、抗冲击性和耐磨性的影响,结果表明:体积掺量1.0%的聚丙烯纤维对早强抗冲击混凝土的抗压和抗折强度影响不明显,体积掺量为2.0%时抗压和抗折强度降低,聚丙烯纤维对早强抗冲击混凝土的压折比影响不明显,能够提高早强抗冲击混凝土的抗冲击性和耐磨性;可再分散乳胶粉能够降低早强抗冲击混凝土的抗压、抗折强度和压折比,提高早强抗冲击混凝土的抗冲击性和耐磨性;二者复合效果优于单掺效果,复掺对早强抗冲击混凝土起到双重改性效果。 In this paper, the composite cement (ordinary portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement) was used as the cementitious material of early strength impact resistance concrete(ESIRC) , the effects of polypropylene fiber and redispersion emulsoid powder on the mechanical properties, impact resistance and wear resistance of ESIRC were studied. The results showed that the effect of polypropylene fiber on compressive strength and flexural strength of ESIRC was not obvious in the volume fraction of 1% , when the volume content was 2% , the compressive strength and flexural strength of ESIRC decreased, the influence of polypropylene fiber on the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength was not obvious and could improve the impact resistance and wear resistance of ESIRC ; The redispersion emulsoid powder could reduce the compressive strength, flexural strength and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength of ESIRC and could improve the impact resistance and wear resistance of ESIRC ; The composite effect of the two was better than that of single mixing, compound admixtures had double modified effect for ESIRC.
