摘要
以深圳平安金融中心工程为依托介绍超大直径人工挖孔爆破嵌岩端承桩设计与施工关键技术。针对8m超大直径、700 000k N超大承载力嵌岩端承桩成孔、降水、周边变形控制等施工技术难题,通过理论研究、现场实测、工程实体验证,形成极端复杂基坑周边环境微变形控制和超大直径人工挖孔爆破嵌岩端承桩施工综合关键技术。
Taking Shenzhen Ping' an Financial Center project as an example to introduce key construction technology of rock-socketed and end-bearing piles with super large diameter and manual dig hole blasting, this paper aimed at construction technology problems of manual digging hole, precipitation and the surrounding deformation control at 8m large diameter and 700 000kN large bearing capacity for rock- socketed pile, and formed micro deformation control around extremely complicated foundation excavation surroundings and comprehensive key construction technology of rock-socketed and end-bearing piles with super large diameter and manual dig hole blasting.
