摘要
上海世茂深坑酒店选址于80m深的废弃采石坑内,结构形式特殊,为两点支撑的钢框架结构体系,设计及施工难度大,该工程总承包单位在其管理及实施过程中通过在深化设计阶段及施工阶段借助BIM技术应用,所见即所得,成功解决了建设过程中遇到的一系列难题,保证工程的顺利实施。
Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel whose design and construction are difficult is located in abandoned quarry with 80m deep. This building adopts the braced steel frame structure system, building information modeling technology is used in detailed design and construction stage,which solves a series of difficult problems in design and construction, ensures smooth implementation of the project.
