摘要 分析并建立了ZL114A铝合金盘条连铸连轧工艺。线材组织分析表明,线材边部晶粒尺寸明显小于心部晶粒尺寸。随着轧制的进行,线材横截面心部晶粒逐渐细化,纵截面晶粒沿变形方向逐渐被拉长,第二相的分布也由沿晶界分布变为沿变形方向分布。焊接试验结果表明,ZL114A铝合金连铸连轧工艺可以用于焊丝坯料的生产。 A continuous casting and rolling process of ZL114 Aaluminum alloy wire rod was established.Microstructure analysis of wire shows that the grain size of the edge of the wire is the smaller than the size of the core.With the rolling process,the core grain size of the cross-section of the wire is refined gradually,and the grain of longitudinal section is elongated along the deformation direction,meanwhile,distribution of the second phase is also changed from distribution along grain boundaries to distribution along the deformation direction.Welding test reveals that continuous casting-rolling technology can be used in the production of welding wire blank.
