SiO_2对SHS复合钢板组织及性能的影响

Effect of SiO_2 on Microstructures and Properties of Composite Plates Produced by SHS Process

摘要 针对Al-Fe_2O_3铝热体系,采用SiO_2和ZrO_2作为添加剂,利用自蔓延高温合成技术制备了SHS复合钢板,研究了钢中添加10%的ZrO_2和2%、4%、6%、8%的SiO_2对复合钢板组织及性能的影响。SEM观察发现复合层表面晶粒排布致密,结合能谱分析可知,陶瓷层中含有Fe单质;XRD分析表明,陶瓷层的主要组成相有α-Al2O3、FeAl_2O_4、Al_2SiO_5和ZrO_2等;添加2%的SiO_2和10%的ZrO_2的复合钢板陶瓷层孔隙率和界面剪切强度分别达到10.3%和10.2 MPa,比未添加时的试样分别降低和提高了23.7%和36%。 Effects of 10% ZrO_2 and 2%,4%,6%and 8% SiO_2 as additives on microstructures and properties of composite plate fabricated by self-propagating high temperature synthesis were investigated in Al-Fe_2O_3 system by SEM,XRD and tensile testing.The results reveal that the grain is soundly distributed in surfaces of composite layer,and Fe can be observed in the ceramic layer.Ceramic layer is mainly composed ofα-Al_2O_3、FeAl_2O_4、Al_2SiO_5and ZrO_2 by XRD analysis.It is also found that the porosity in ceramic layer and shearing strength of the interface reach 10.3% and 10.2MPa with 2% SiO_2 and 10%ZrO_2addition,which are reduced by 23.7% and improved by 36%than those of ones without additives,respectively.
