摘要
采用Sr、P及Sr+P复合变质的方法改变ADC12合金中Si相的形态与分布,研究其对合金电导率及硬度的影响,并通过T6热处理进一步提升合金的综合性能。结果表明,Sr变质对合金电导率的改善效果最为明显,电导率达到19.7MS/m,提升了约30%,Sr+P复合变质的效果次之,P变质的效果最差,不同变质工艺对合金硬度的影响并不明显。通过T6热处理可以明显提升合金的电导率及硬度,Sr变质合金的电导率及硬度(HBW)分别为22.3 MS/m及130。
Effects of Sr,P and Sr+P modification as well as heat treatment on the primary Si phase morphology and distribution,electrical conductivity and hardness of ADC12 aluminum alloy were investigated in order to improve its electrical and mechanical properties,and comprehensive properties of the ADC12 alloy were improved further by T6 heat treatment.The results show that the electrical conductivity of alloy with Sr addition reaches 19.7MS/m,which is increased by approximately 30%comparaed with that of the unmodified alloy,and then Sr+P modified alloy,P modified alloy,while effect of modification on the hardness of the ADC12 alloy can be negligible.The electrical conductivity and hardness of aluminum alloy are largely improved by T6 heat treatment,where the electrical conductivity and hardness of the T6 treated alloy with Sr modification reach 22.3 MS/m and 130 HBW,respectively.
