Fe对铝合金杆电学和力学性能的影响

Effect of Iron Content on Electrical and Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Alloy Rod

摘要 制备了Si含量为0.03%~0.06%,B含量为0.010%~0.015%,Fe含量为0.10%~0.60%的8系铝合金连铸连轧产品,并将所得产品进行力学和电学性能测试。结果表明,随着Fe含量的增加,铝合金杆电阻率先增大后维持稳定。铝合金杆的抗拉强度则随着Fe含量的增加呈上升的趋势,达到一定值时其增大速度逐渐变缓。为了保证该铝合金杆的电学和力学性能,Fe含量应当控制在0.28%~0.43%范围内。 8 series continuous casting aluminum alloy rod with 0.03%~0.06% Si,0.010%~0.015%B and 0.10%~0.60% Fe was produced,electric and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy rod were tested.The results reveal that with increasing in Fe,electric resistivity of the aluminum alloy rod is increased firstly and then to be stable.Tensile strengh of the aluminum alloy rod is increased rapidly and increased slowly with increasing in Fe.To meet the electric and mechanical properties of the rod,Fe content should be controlled in range of 0.28%~ 0.43%.
