施用沼肥对铁皮石斛幼苗生长影响

The Effect of Biogas Manure on the Growth of the Seedlings of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.

在广西林业科学院科技园内,分别对水苔基质铁皮石斛容器苗和木屑松树皮基质铁皮石斛盘苗施用藻泥和沼液对比试验,结果表明,沼液比藻泥更好促进铁皮石斛幼苗的生长。水苔基质铁皮石斛容器苗施用沼液浓度在10%~20%较好,木屑松树皮基质铁皮石斛盘苗施用沼液浓度在10%~30%更有效促进铁皮石斛苗生长。

The paper mainly analyzed the effect of biogas manure and algae gel on the growth of the seedlings of Dendrohi- um ofticinale Kimura et Migo. when cultivated in different suhstrates like sphagnum moss, sawdust and pine bark. The test took place in science park of Guangxi Autonomous Region Forestly Research Institute. Experimental results showed that the promoting effect of biogas manure on the growth of the seedlings was better than algae gel. The seedling growth was pro- rooted when the concentration of hiogas manure reached 10% to 20% in sphagnum moss substrate, and when the concentra- tion of biogas manure reached 10% to 30% in sawdust and pine bark substrate.
