随着我国经济快速发展,大量跨江、跨海等跨越通航水域的桥梁日益增多,航道上桥梁密度增大,致使发生船-桥碰撞事故的风险越来越大。因此有必要对新建桥梁在施工期间及营运期间开展通航安全预控研究,为船舶安全、快速通过桥区提供指导,以切实提高桥梁自身安全及桥区船舶通航的安全性和效率。

Along with our country economy fast development, a large number of across the river,cross-sea Bridges across the navigable waters, the channel on the bridge density increases, the growing risk of ship-bridge collision accident. So it is necessary for new bridge during construction and operation period of navigation safety precontrol study, to provide guidance for ship safety, fast through the bridge, to bridge and improve its own security and bridge of ship navigation safety and efficiency.
