The Exploration of the Fine-grained Curriculum Management of Adult Education under the Optional Education

成人教育具有多层次和多类型的特点,在社会需要和学生职业发展需要导向下,成人院校应根据产业发展情况和不同专业职业的特征,借鉴世界成人教育发达国家经验,在选择性教育理念指导下,向受教育者提供选择性课程,并根据精细化管理的要求组织教学,不断提高教学管理水平和人才培养质量。

Adult education has the characteristics of multi-level and diversification. Following the principle of social needs and students＇ career development, adult colleges should provide students with optional courses based on the different characteristics of industrial development as well as career, by taking the experience of adult education from developed countries and sticking with the concept of optional education. In the meanwhile, adult colleges should organize their teaching according to the requirements of fine-grained curriculum management and finally improve their level of teaching management and quality of education.
