摘要
采用问卷方式对240名继续教育学院学生进行调查,结果显示动机调控策略对于成人英语学习者的学习成绩影响不显著(p<0.05)。在最佳路径中,动机调控策略对努力产生直接显著的影响(0.37),而努力对学习成绩产生显著影响(0.29),动机调控对成人英语学习成绩产生间接影响(0.11)。因此,成人教育领域需要加强自我调节学习策略培训,全面提高成人学习者的自我调节学习能力。
240 adult students from three schools of continuing education were surveyed by questionnaires. The results show that motivation regulations have no significant influence on their English scores (p 〈 0.05). In the fitted model, motivation regulation has a significant direct effect on students' effort(0.37), which in turn predicts students' English scores significantly(0.29). Overall, the indirect effect of motivation regulation on students' academic achievement is 0.11. This research shows that self-regulated learning strategies should be enhanced during adult English learning process in order to improve their self-regulated ability and to benefit their future lifelong learning.
