奥巴马政府培育市场人才计划及其对我国的启示

奥巴马认为教育是经济发展的基础,发展经济最重要的是培育市场所需人才,特别是高级市场人才。为此,奥巴马提出教育蓝图计划,并采取了一些列措施,培养市场所需人才。虽然这些措施在实行过程当中,受到了美国体制障碍的影响,很难得到落实,但对我国培育市场所需人才也有一定的启示。

Obama believes that education is the foundation of economic development. To develop the economy, it＇s essential to cultivate the talents, especially the senior marketing talents. Therefore, Obama proposed the education blueprint by taking a series of measures to cultivate the marketing talents. Although in the process of implementation, these measures are influenced by the institutional barriers in United States and hardly get implemented, it offers some inspirations for the cultivation of the market talents in our country.
