摘要
结合存查煤样的用途及其在煤样管理中存在的问题,详解了智能存样系统的架构,从存样、取样、清样等方面介绍了智能存样系统的操作流程,总结了使用该系统后可在样品存放、权限控制、网络实时远程监控认证、自定义抽查样规则、过期样品自动提醒处理等方面取得效果,并建议对每个样瓶的独立监测装置进行设计,对于采用13mm作为全水分存查样时应设计大容量抽屉的专柜。
Combined with the uses of checking coal sample and existing problems in coal sample management, the structure and operation flow of intelligent storage system was introduced in detail in this paper. It was summarized the improvements on sample storage, authority control, network real-time remote monitoring and certification, custom rule of selective examination, and automatic remind of processing expired samples after using the system. It was suggested to design independent monitoring device of each bottle, and the special cabinet with large capacity drawer for 13mm total moisture checking sample.
