摘要
介绍了国内依照GB/T 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》相关技术要求及规范所设计的无人值守联合制样机使用的弃样处理方式,探讨了该弃样处理方式中普遍存在的问题,提出将气力输送引入无人值守联合制样机的弃样环节设计中,并叙述了气力输送方案的理论设计及输送管道压力损失、水平管阻力、垂直管阻力等计算过程,在完成相关实验后总结归纳了具体设计、实施应用和日常维护中应注意的问题及应用优点。
The handling way of rejected sample of unattended full-automatic combined sampling machine designed according to the technical requirements and "The preparation method of coal sample" (GB/T 474--2008) was introduced in this paper. The common problems of this handling way were discussed. It is proposed to introduce pneumatic conveying in handling process design. The theory design of pneumatic conveying and computation process including pipeline pressure loss, horizontal tube resistance and vertical tube resistance etc. were also described. It was summarized the advantages and problems should be paid attention to in specific design, implementation application and maintenance.
