摘要
针对恒温式量热仪熔断式点火后残留物对内筒水循环水泵造成的影响,对恒温式自动量热仪的主机和氧弹进行改造,将原有的熔断式点火方式改为非熔断式点火方式并经实验证明,非熔断式点火方式与熔断式点火方式检测结果无显著性差异,可以相互替代使用,但熔断式点火方式设备故障率降低,可节省配件的消耗量及提高设备的使用效率。
In the view of influence on water inside the bucket circulating pump caused by fuse ignition of constant-temperature calorimeter, transformation for host computer and oxygen bomb of constant-temperature automatic calorimeter was done, the original ignition mode (fuse ignition) was changed to the non fuse ignition, and through the experimental proof, there is no significant difference between non fuse ignition mode and fuse ignition mode, they could replace each other, but the fuse ignition could reduce the failure rate of the equipment, so that the spare parts consumption could be saved. The utilization efficiency could be improved.
