摘要
数字教育出版的诞生和成长,与信息技术推动下教育信息化、出版数字化的进程密切相关,然而,长期以来,业界对其彼此之间的动态关系一直缺乏全面深入的梳理和分析,一定程度导致数字教育出版在发展中存在一系列困窘和缺憾。2016年,随着"十三五"规划拉开帷幕,数字教育出版的升级换代必然成为业界关注的焦点问题。为此,文章试从教育信息化和出版数字化两个维度出发,将2016年认定为数字教育出版1.0和2.0的分界线,并对其1.0时代的基本态势进行总结,对其2.0时代的主要趋向进行展望,以期在业界引起讨论,达成共识,最终促进数字教育出版更好更快地发展。
The birth and growth of the digital education publishing have an intimate correlation between the process of education informatization and publishing digitization, which promotes by the information technology. However, during a long period, the publishing industry lacks the comprehensive and in-depth systemization and analysis towards their dynamic relationships. Thus, there are some embarrassments and regrets in the development of digital publishing in some degree. The 13th Five-Year Plan was inaugurated in 2016. In this year, the upgrading and updating of the digital education publishing 1.0 and 2.0. In the meantime, it summarizes the basic situation of 1.0 era and has an outlook of the main trend of the forthcoming 2.0 era to trigger public discussions and reaches a consensus on these questions, which will promote the better and faster development of the digital education publishing .
