互联网金融典型事件舆情研究——基于对e租宝、中晋系等事件舆情大数据的分析

Study of Public Opinions in Typical Cases in Internet Finance—— Based upon Mining the Internet Big Data of e-ZuB ao, ZhongJ in Series, and Other Events

文章基于大数据,对e租宝、中晋系等互联网金融事件的相关舆情进行了分析。研究发现:e租宝、中晋系事件的舆情存在诸多相同之处和相异之处;投资者通过网络集群进行维权,显现出了自媒体时代舆情的特点。在此基础上,讨论了相应的舆情应对之策。

Based upon mining the Intemet big data, we study the factors that influenced the public opinions during periods when the e-ZuBao, ZhongJin Series and other Ponzi schandals outbroke. We find that the factors that influenced the public opinions during the scandals have common features, as well as different manifests. Protecting their legal and financial rights using Internet clustering, investors demonstrate the characteristics of public opinions formation in the We-media Era. Based on results from both data analysis and theoretical analysis, we discuss the strategies in heeding public opinions.
