奉系军阀对东北日人报刊的限制

Restrictions from Fengtian Army on Japanese Newspapers in Northeast China

奉系军阀统治时期的东北,因开辟较晚,文化草莱,接壤强邻,招致觊觎,坐使日人报刊纷驰。这些报刊在东三省风行,使之文化侵略野心膨胀。奉系军阀在强大帝国势力面前对日人报刊虽有宽松一面,但当日人报刊侵犯东省主权,摧残金融,挑拨是非,颠倒黑白,肆意造乱之时,奉系军阀也会对日人报刊加以干涉限制、禁阅查封,甚至会支持奉系羽翼下的东北报刊与日人报刊进行笔力角逐,以维护东北的主权和民众利益不受侵犯。

When ruled by Fengtian Army, Northeast China was coveted because of its late open, cultural wilderness and powerful neighbors, which made Japanese newspapers rise and dispute. These newspapers agitated their insatiable ambitions of cultural aggression on the three provinces. Although it was loose in dealing with Japanese newspapers in front of the powerful forces of the empire, Fengtian Army imposed interference and restriction on the newspapers which was banned from reading or even closed them down. Fengtian Army supported the local press to compete against to maintain the sovereignty of northeast China and people＇s benefit inviolable.
