摘要
目前航运企业较多采用降速航行及燃烧特高粘度燃油的方法,进行降本增效。本文通过分析主机超低速航行产生的风险、燃烧特高粘度燃油的风险、两者叠加产生的风险,提出相应的解决措施,为相关企业开展降本增效提供借鉴与参考。
