摘要
在铁路客运专线建设中,工期是工程管理目标中的重要一环,往往也是建设各方关注的焦点。现场修建制存梁场,架桥机架设箱梁是近年来客运专线箱梁施工的主要方式。为此,此文对在现场修建制存梁场的选址原则和建场规模及供梁对架梁工期的影响进行阐述。并以新建潍坊至莱西铁路客运专线布设的3号(门村镇)制存梁场为例,分析如何根据所设制存梁场的供梁范围和供梁孔数合理确定架设方向及架设进度,并通过检算验证所述方法的合理性。总之,要针对具体工程特点和工期要求,通过分析和研究做好施工组织设计,合理确定施工方案和方法,保证桥梁工程按期完工。
The construction period is the important part of project management goals for railway passenger dedicated line construction, and constantly it is concerned by all parts of construction. Building box girder precas- ting and storing field and erecting box girder by bridge girder erection machine is the main way of box girder construction of passenger dedicated line in recent years. The influence of site selection principles and construction scale for the field of building and existing beams and beam supply on construction period is expounded in this paper. The arrangement of No. 3 ( Mencun village) girder precast and storing field of Weifang - Laixi passenger dedicated railway is taken as example. The way of determine the erection di- rection and erection progress is analyzed according to the supply range and supply number of precast beam field. And the rationality of this method is verified by check calculation. In short, to ensure that the bridge project completed on schedule, it is necessary to make good construction organization design and reasonable determination of construction scheme and method through analysis and studies according to engineering features and duration requirements.
