从经济性角度探讨高铁建设施工组织方案选择

高速铁路建设技术新、标准高,工程造价也相对较高。所以,重视其建设项目的施工组织方案及其经济性,对提高建设效率和节约工程投资具有重要意义。此文以东北地区某客运专线为例,从施工临时用电方案、修建大临便道方案、铺轨基地和预制梁场设置方案、运架梁方式、所用双块式轨枕来源等方面进行详细比选,提出推荐方案,据此确定施工组织方案,以达到提高工效和节省工程投资的目的。

A lot of new techniques and high construction standards are used for construction of high speed railway, and the project cost is relatively high. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the construction or- ganization plan and its economy, which have great significance to improve construction efficiency and save project investment. Taking Dunhua - Baihe passenger dedicated line as example in this paper, the detailed comparison of construction organization plan is made from the aspects of temporary electricity scheme, temporary road construction scheme, track -laying base and precast beam field setting scheme, girder transportation and erection methods, the source of double - block sleepers and so on. And the rec- ommended scheme is proposed. According to the comparison, the construction organization plan is deter- mined to achieve the goal of improving construction efficiency and saving engineering investment.
