摘要
发动机正时驱动器是发动机中的最重要系统之一。链传动装置很容易组装和调整,且高效、耐用、可靠、紧凑,具有适应较大范围功率和速度的传动能力。链传动越来越广泛应用于发动机正时系统。文中在回顾正时链传动的研究中,认为加强正时链传动运动学、动力学、摩擦学及对链轮轮齿进行基础性研究,是改善正时链设计方法的根本,采用新型结构齿形链是设计高效、可靠、低噪声正时链的有效方法。
The engine timing drive is one of the most important system in the engine. Chain drive device is easy to assem- ble and adjust, as well as high efficient, durable, reliable and compact. It had the ability to adapt to a wide range transmission capacity of power and speed. Chain drive device is more and more widely used in engine timing system. In the review of timing chain research, it is thought that the improvement of the kinematics, dynamics, tribology study of timing chain drives as well as the fundamental study of chain wheel tooth is the fundament of improving timing chain design method. The use of novel struc- ture of silent chain is an effective method to design high efficient, reliable and low noise timing chain.
