刨煤机刨链预紧力的计算方法及其对刨煤机能耗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 刨链预紧力是影响刨煤机运行的重要工况参数。分析刨链预紧力对刨煤机运行的影响,得到了刨削时和空行程时刨链预紧力及预紧力选取范围的计算公式。考虑刨链绕经链轮时曲线阻力的影响,采用逐点张力法得出刨链总牵引力的计算公式。定量分析了预紧力变化对刨链总牵引力及刨煤机能耗的影响,结果表明:预紧力增加,刨煤机能耗明显增大。并通过自制的刨煤机试验台,对空行程时不同预紧力条件下的刨煤机功率进行测试,试验结果更加说明了预紧力对能耗的显著影响。为合理选取刨链预紧力、刨煤机设计和使用中的节能降耗提供理论基础。 Pretension force of plow chain is an important working parameter affecting the operation of coal plow. The influ- ence of pretension force on plow working was analyzed to obtain the formulae of pretension force of plow chain and its selection range during cutting and non-cutting process. Considering the impact of curve resistance when plow chain past over the sprockets, the total traction force formula of plow chain was obtained using point by point tension method. The effects of pretension force variations on the total traction force of plow chain and energy consumption of the plow were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that energy consumption of the plow increased significantly with the increase of pretension force. The power test was carried out in different pretension force conditions in the non-cutting process through the home-made plow test bed. The experimental results indicated that there was significant influence of pretension force on energy consumption. It provided a theoretical basis for reasonable selection of pretension force, energy saving in design and application of plows.
