摘要
大量的实验研究和流行病学调查结果显示,被人体吸入的颗粒物PM_(2.5)不但能引起炎症,而且会增强机体的胰岛素抵抗(IR),诱发和加重糖尿病。PM_(2.5)诱发和加重IR的分子机制涉及内皮功能紊乱、炎症因子、内质网应激和线粒体应激等,从而引起细胞的生理功能发生变化。本文综述了PM_(2.5)对IR影响的最新研究成果,特别是对机制的研究。
A large number of experimental and epidemiological studies have shown that inhaled ambient fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))could induce stress inflammation,enhance insulin resistance(IR),increase the risk for developing diabetes mellitus(DM)and lead to exacerbation of DM. The mechanisms of PM_(2.5)resulting in or aggravating insulin resistance include endothelial dysfunction,endoplasmic reticulum stress,mitochondrial stress and inflammation factors,thus leading to the change in cellular functions. This review discussed the latest research findings about the effects of PM_(2.5)on IR,especially the mechanisms.
