定位把握、建设方略与国家自主创新示范区取向 被引量:35

Position, Construction Strategy and the Orientation of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones

摘要 实施创新驱动发展战略是突破技术模仿型创新瓶颈的必然选择。对17个国家自主创新示范区的核心定位、主要任务、建设策略进行比较研究后发现,以国家自主创新示范区为载体,加快实施创新驱动战略,需从以下方面着力:在示范区内建立完善的创新评价体系;整合和规划示范区产业结构、产业链布局;建立区域创新协同机制和国家创新系统。 The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is the inevitable choice to break through the bottleneck of technology imitation innovation. This article makes a comparative study on the core orientation, main tasks and construction strategies of the 17 national independent innovation demonstration zones. We find that taking the national independent innovation demonstration zone as the cartier, to accelerate the implementation of innovation driven strategy, need to focus on the following aspects: establish the perfect evaluation system innovation in the demonstration area, integrate and plan industrial structure and industrial chain layout in the demonstration zone, and establish the regional innovation synergy mechanism and national innovation system.
