摘要
通过分析我国塑料玩具业的发展状况及生产技术现状,提出适用于复杂注塑件生产的气体辅助注塑技术。详细阐述了气体辅助注塑技术的概况与工艺流程,讨论了该技术在塑料玩具生产中的应用情况,并分析了该技术的特点,包括优势和局限性。为克服其局限性,引入计算机辅助工程技术,并以模型飞机机翼生产为例,进行应用流程的探讨,最后通过CAE前期处理、模拟分析和计算机调参,得出较为满意的气体辅助注塑玩具设计结果。
Based on the analysis of the development status and production technology of plastic toy industry in our country, the technology of gas assisted injection molding for complex injection molding parts was put forward. The general situation and technological process of the gas assisted injection molding were described in detail. The application of this technology in the production of plastic toys was discussed, and the characteristics of the technology were analyzed, including the advantages and limitations. In order to overcome this limitation, the introduction of computer aided engineering technology, and the model of aircraft wing production as an example, the application process was discussed, and finally through the CAE preprocessing, analysis and simulation tuning parameters, the satisfactory gas assisted injection toy design results were obtained.
