涟钢三炼钢厂回流池水位的自动控制

摘要 涟钢三炼钢厂冷却水回流池其水位系靠人工观察 ,根据池内水位变化 ,采用手工操作水泵和调节阀门 ,这种控制方法存在较多问题。针对所存在的问题进行了技术改造 ,即采用水位探头、水位调节仪、PLC控制器和变频调速器等组成的水位自动控制系统。经改造后 ,运行状态良好 ,不仅降低了故障率 ,而且节约了电能 ,效益十分显著。 In the Liangang No.3 Steel Plant, the water level in the cooling water recycling tank was adjusted by manual observation and manual operation of pumping and regulating valves. There were many problems with the control of water level in this way. In light of these problems, technical renovation was carried out, and an automatic control system was adopted for water level control, which consisted of water level sensor, water level regulator, PLC controller, frequency conversion based speed regulator. Ever since the technical renovation, the system has been in good working condition, which not only cut down breakdowns, but also saved power, leading to remarkable economic gains.
