学业水平考试改革背景下的高中教育:困境与超越 被引量:9

Senior High School Education Under the Background of Academic Proficiency Test: Difficulties and Transcendence

摘要 新一轮学业水平考试改革对高中教育产生了广泛而深远的影响。此政策设计注重赋予学生选择权,是对学生"专业性向"的充分关注与尊重;规定"不分文理科",有利于跨跃"两种文化"鸿沟;破解录取依据的单一化,有利于增强高中与大学教育的关联度。与此同时,在进一步深化实施过程中,高中教育将面临着行政班建制存废的焦虑、学生自主选课选考的盲目、个性化学业指导的缺席、学科教师队伍的结构性失衡等诸多风险与挑战。面向未来,高中教育应着力于实现理顺行政班与走班制度的内在关系、推进高中生生涯规划教育、建立学生发展成长导师制度以及构建区域性教师流动机制等路径超越。 A new round of reform in academic proficiency test has broad and profound influence on senior high school education. This policy's design gives students the right to choose and it returns to the concern and respect of students' "professional aptitude". It is advantage to cross the chasm of "two cultures" on condition that there is no division of liberty arts or science. To break the simplification of the basis for recruitment is advantage to enhance the relational degree between senior high school and university education. Meanwhile, in the further deepening implementation process, senior high school education faces many risks and challenges, such as the anxiety of establishment or abolition of the administrative class, the blindness of students independently choosing courses or tests, the absence of individualized academic guidance, the structural imbalance of subject teachers and so on. Facing the future, senior high school education should focus on achieving the transcendence of path on straightening out the internal relationship between administrative classes and optional classes, promoting the education of senior high school students' career planning, establishing the monitorial system of students' growth and development, setting up the regional circulating mechanism of teacher and so on.
