PLA/HAP可吸收钉板治疗掌骨骨折的应用研究 被引量:10

The application of PLA/HAP absorbable screw-plate fixation in the treatment of metacarpal fractures

摘要 目的评估PLA/HAP可吸收钉板治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果。方法自2012年2月至2015年10月,我们采用PLA/HAP可吸收钉板治疗掌骨骨折患者22例(24处),术后观察测量手指屈伸功能恢复情况,同时对患指术后的肌力和感觉进行评价。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间4—12个月,平均6.2个月,22例(24处)骨折全部愈合,无明显骨折移位丢失,无伤口感染及骨不连等并发症发生,其中2例(2处)延迟愈合,骨折平均愈合时间为6.1周。根据TAF评分标准进行评价,术后1个月复查:优14处,良7处,差3处,优良率为87.5%;术后3个月复查优良率为100%。结论采用PLA/HAP可吸收钉板治疗掌骨骨折,方法简单,疗效较好,而且无明显并发症发生。 Objective To evaluate the application of PLA/HAP screw-plate in the treatment of metacarpal fractures. Methods Twenty-four metacarpal fractures in 22 patients were treated with PLA/HAP absorbable screw-plate fixation. Postoperatively flexion and extension movement of the affected finger, grip strength and sensation were evaluated. X-ray examination was carried out to check bone healing. Results All the patients were follow-up for 4 to 12 months with an average of 6.2 months. All the 24 fractures healed with no fracture displacement, loss of reduction, infection, nonunion or other complications. Two cases suffered delayed tmion. Average fracture healing time was 6.1 weeks. TAF system was adopted to measure and evaluate finger flexion and extension functional recovery. At one month postoperatively the results were graded as good in 14 fractures, fair in 7 fractures and poor in 3 fractures, the overall satisfactory rate being 87.5%. At three months postoperatively the excellent and good rate achieved 100%. Conclusion Metacarpal fractures can be effectively treated with PLA/HAP absorbable screw-plate fixation which is a simple procedure that causes no complications.
