摘要
在镁合金研究中,第二相极大地影响了合金的综合力学性能。热处理技术可以很好地改善第二相的类型,形貌及分布状态;从而提高合金的综合力学性能。基于此,系统地对镁合金的热处理类型进行了介绍;综述了常用镁合金在不同热处理工艺下第二相的变化及对综合力学性能的影响。同时就镁合金热处理技术、热处理常见问题以及国内外先进热处理技术进行了讨论,最后展望了先进镁合金热处理发展趋势。
The second phase has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys.Heat treatment technology can improve the type,morphology and distribution of the second phase,thus improve the me-chanical properties.In this review,the heat treatment of magnesium alloys is systemically summarized.The second phase transformation and its effect on mechanical properties of magnesium alloy during different heat treatment are il-lustrated.Meanwhile,the heat treatment technology of magnesium alloys,the common problems of heat treatment and the advanced heat treatment technology are discussed.At last,the development trend of heat treatment of magne-sium alloy is pointed out.
