摘要
分析凿岩机传统的润滑及冷却机构存在的问题,为了解决传统凿岩机存在的气水联动失灵和"洗锤"等问题,提出一种新型气动凿岩机润滑及冷却机构的技术方案,给出新型气动凿岩机润滑及冷却机构的实施方式。新型润滑及冷却机构有效提升了气动凿岩机的润滑及冷却效果,防止了气动凿岩机正常工作过程中和结束时的倒灌情况,整体提高了气动凿岩机的寿命。
The problems existed in the lubricating and cooling mechanism of conventional pneumatic rock drill were an- alyzed.In order to solve the shortcomings of air-water linkage failures and "wash hammer" of conventional pneumatic rock drill, a new technical solution was proposed for the lubricating and cooling mechanism of pneumatic rock drill.The imple- mentation method of the new lubricating and cooling mechanism of pneumatic rock drill was given.The new lubricating and cooling mechanism improves the lubrication and cooling effect of pneumatic rock drill, prevents the intrusion of gas and wa- ter during working process and at the end of working, and prolongs the service life of pneumatic rock drill.
