电子商务合同中的法律问题

随着“互联网＋”创新下的互联网发展的新业态，以互联网为传播媒介进行的电子商务活动在我国逐渐蓬勃发展，而电子合同作为其重要的工具和载体也应运而生，由此也引发了很多新问题，从其概念出发对电子合同的法律效力及合同出现纠纷后的管辖权等问题展开了讨论。

With the a new format of ＂Internet ＋＂ innovation under the development of the Internet, e-commerce ac- tivities using the Internet as a communication medium are booming in China. Electronic contracts, as an important tool and carrier of e-commerce, have consequently emerged and triggered new problems as well. Drawing on the definition of electronic contract, this paper discussed the legal effect of electronic contracts, jurisdiction over disputable contracts and other issues.
