电子数据取证的复杂度研究

随着信息技术的不断发展和法律制度的不断完善，电子数据取证在各类案件中的重要性日益凸显。关于电子数据取证的研究层出不穷，复杂度的研究有助于电子数据取证的预测评估与过程管控，对指导电子数据取证实务具有重要意义。当前，电子数据取证复杂度的相关研究尚不深入。本文为了探究电子数据取证的复杂性，对电子数据取证的各个项目进行分析，将复杂度分级，并就取证过程中的各个环节举例分析其复杂度，为促进电子取证的规范与发展提供一种思路。

With the improvement of information technology and development of the legal system, digital forensics in all types of cases has become more and more important. There are many studies on digital forensics , while the com- plexity of the study will help forecast the electronic data forensic evaluation and control the process. Relevant researchs are few. In order to explore the complexity of digital forensics, we put each project to analyze the complexity of the classification and evidence collection process on all aspects. This will help to provide an idea of promoting the development and standardization of electronic forensics.
