摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,职务犯罪侦查中收集到的电子数据量越来越大,如何有效地对这些数据进行筛选、分析,成为电子数据取证工作中的一个难题。针对这一难题,提出了大数据下提升了了电子数据取证能力的解决方案。通过将数据整合、数据挖掘、云计算等技术应用到电子数据取证中,并结合综合分析研判系统的研发,提升了对大数据的分析、处理能力,实现了从海量数据中快速、有效地挖掘出有价值的信息,从而为案件突破及证据固定提供了有力支撑。
With the arrival of big data era, the amount of electronic data collected during the investigation on duty crimes is growing. It becomes a problem for electronic data forensics work that how to filter and analyze the data. To solve this problem, the solutions of improving the ability of the electronic data forensics under the big data environment was improved. Through data integration, data mining, cloud computing and other technologies used in electronic data forensics, combined with comprehensive analysis and judgment system researches, the capacity of the large data analysis was developed and valuable information was digged out quickly and efficiently from the huge amounts of data, and strong support was provided for cases breakthrough and evidence fixing.
