摘要
功能仪表结合自然溢流的方法进行树脂的计量适用性较差,废树脂料斗定量法计量是利用树脂密度比水略大这一特性,将计量装置设置为上下联体结构,利用底部的计量槽进行废树脂的定容计量。采取小试装置分别进行计量槽定容试验、6组树脂沉降试验和2组树脂下料试验,试验数据分析表明:在大气压和树脂自重的作用下,树脂自然沉降是完全可行的,若辅助压空反吹会有更好的效果;计量好的树脂通过水力输送可顺利下料。试验结果证明该技术是可行的,并且具有较好的工程实用性。
Functional instrument combined with natural overflow method for the measurement of resin is poor. The hopper quantitative method of resin measurement is to use the characteristic that the resin density is slightly larger than the water, and the metering device is arranged on the upper and lower body structure. Take the test device is respectively metering tank constant volume test, six groups of resin settlement test and two groups of resin unloading test, the test data analysis showed that: under the weight of atmospheric pressure and resin, the resin of natural subsidence is completely feasible, if the auxiliary pressure air reverse blowing will have a better effect; the measured resin through the hydraulic conveying smooth feeding. The experimental results show that the technique is feasible and has good engineering practicability .
