燃油试验室内航空煤油蒸汽扩散的数值模拟

摘要 本文采用数值模拟方法 ,针对燃油试验室厂房内航空煤油蒸汽,在不同工况下,计算煤油蒸汽的浓度分布规律。结果表明:通风装置的空气流速对煤油蒸汽浓度影响较大,当空气流速为2m/s时,空间内浓度最低;空间内环境温度升高,煤油蒸汽浓度增大,当温度达闪点时,煤油蒸汽扩散加剧;厂房空间内采用底部送风的方式,能明显降低整个空间内煤油蒸汽的浓度。 In order to investigate the diffusion regularity of aviation kerosene steam in fuel lab,numerical simulation method was used to calculale the kerosene steam concentration rule in different conditions.The results show that ventilation's air flow rate has a great influence on the kerosene steam concentration.When the air flow rate was 2m/s.the kerosene steam concentration was lowest.With the increase of space environment temperature.kerosene steam concentration inereased gradually.By using the method of supply air in bottom,the kerosene steam concentration can be reduced effectively.
