输油管道低洼处水携杂质规律研究

摘要 管道安全对石油输送至关重要,尤其对于海上石油输送,砂粒杂质堵塞管道的情况时有发生。为此,本文通过对管道低点处沉积的杂质为研究对象,通过数值模拟的方法对杂质运动规律进行分析。本文选用欧拉-欧拉模型,湍流模型为Realizable k-ε,模拟结果表明水流速对管道弯管处杂质清除具有很大的影响,当水流速v<0.3m/s时,颗粒杂质在弯管处出现沉积,影响了管道运输安全。流速低,携带泥沙的能力有限。 The safety of Pipeline is very important for the transportion of oil, especially for seaborne oil transportation, it often occur that Pipeline was blocked by sand. Therefore, this article research the deposition of sand in low pipeline and analyse the law of the impurities motion through the method of numerical simulation. this article selects the euler-euler model,turbulence model is Realizable,the results show that the water velocity has a great influence on clearing away the impurity elbow at the bend,when the water velocity v 〈 0.3 m/s, the impurity particles deposits at the bend, which affects the safety of pipeline transport, The ability of low flow velocity is finite.
