摘要
顶岗实习和毕业设计都是高职各专业教学计划的重要组成部分,对口就业是检验人才培养质量的重要指标。建立顶岗实习、毕业设计和对口就业三位一体工作模式:一是,重视顶岗实习的顶层设计,打造顶岗实习的综合运行机制;二是,加大教育教学改革力度,毕业设计真题实做学以致用;三是,规范顶岗实习工作流程,校企合作共促顶岗实习对口就业。最终使学校、企业和学生三方共同受益。
Post practice and graduation project are the important part of the professional teaching plan in higher vocational colleges. Job suited employment is an important employability index.It established the trinity working pattern of post practice,graduation project and job suited employment.Firstly,we should give top-level design and build systemic operating mechanism on post practice.Secondly,increase the strength of reform in education and teaching,support graduation project which comes from enterprise.Thirdly,set up standard process of post practice,encourage students to stay and work in post practice company.Schools,euterpr/ses and students are also obtained benefits for each other.
