摘要
百得燃烧器油嘴(以下简称油嘴)从开始使用时,它能把燃油均匀地雾化后喷出并经火焰扩散盘风压的二次雾化送到加热炉燃烧室内燃烧,到逐渐出现燃油燃烧不完和加热炉辐射管结焦的这个过程,在最初形成时是很难被发现和引起重视的。通过对油嘴的结构、有关技术要求和特性参数的分析,以便找出这一过程产生的原因及解决的办法,并引起使用单位的重视,同时提出正确维护和使用油嘴的方法。
BALTUR nipple (below called nipple for short) from the very beginning of using it, it can pulverise fuel oil evenly and then eject, through the 2nd pulverized by flame diffusion disk wind pressure to flow to burn chamber of the heating furnace to burn until the oil can't burn thoroughly and radiant tube of heating oven coke, the very beginning of this problem is difficult to discover and attract attention. In order to find the reason for this problem and solution, nipple structure, related technical requirement and property are analysed. In addition, to attract user's attention, meanwhile, the right maintenance and using method are given.
