摘要
为了解决空间直纹曲面的高速度、高效率加工的难题,采用了一种高效率曲面加工方法-线接触回转轮廓面法。针对线接触回转轮廓面法加工过程中的复合插补方法做了深入的研究和改进,并说明了具体的插补速度计算,脉冲输出计算以及插补运算实现的程序流程。该方法缩短了插补过程,提高了加工进给速度。
In order to solve the problem of high speed and high efficiency machining of the space ruled surface,a high efficiency surface machining method is adopted.The composite interpolation method for rotary contour line contact surface method in the process of doing research and improvement,calculation of interpolation speed are given in detail,pulse output calculation and program realization of interpolation process.The interpolation process is shortened and the feed rate is improved.
