心理素质内涵、结构及特征述评

Study on the Connotation,Structure and Features of Mental Quality

自心理素质概念出现以来,学者对心理素质的关注及研究愈来愈多。本文通过对既有研究的分析,对心理素质的内涵、结构及特征进行综述,以期为心理素质培养及评价提供参考依据。心理素质概念、结构及特点见仁见智,总结起来有如下观点。心理素质的内涵:特点说、水平说和要素说;心理素质结构:功能价值角度和交互作用角度;心理素质特点:稳定性、综合性、基础性、整体性、内隐性及可评价性。

Since the concept of Mental Quality been proposed,it has attracted more and more attention and lots of researches have been finished. To provide reference for the cultivation and evaluation of mental quality, the thesis analysis the existing researches about mental quality and reviews the connotation,structure and features of mental quality.Ahhough researchers have different views on the connotation,structure and features of mental quality,they can be respectively concluded as follow.The connotation of mental quality：Characteristic Theory,Level Idea,Factor Thought.The structure of mental quality：Function-value Perspective and Interaction Perspective.The features ＇of mental quality：Steadiness,Comprehensiveness, Fundamentality, Wholeness,Tacitness and Scalability.
